This morning begins our 3+ hour journey from Washington, D.C. to New York City. After seeing the Nationals stadium (RFK) and their performance early last week, I can see them taking a
"Major League" style bus down to play the Mets. I mean seriously, this franchise is garbage. Stadium gets an "F". I felt like I was going to get mugged just walking around the tunnels in the outfield bleachers. They have nothing but hot dogs and chicken tenders to eat. Their fan base blows. I felt like I was at a minor league baseball game. Their team blows. I felt like I was at a minor league baseball game.
If you're a baseball fan in D.C., I'm sorry. If you're a parent raising your kid in D.C., by all means, make the journey to Camden Yards, Philly, or NY for your kid's first baseball experience. Whatever you have to do, keep him away from RFK. Just being there made me hate the game for a split second.
Ok gotta run, don't wanna miss the bus...
